Are you playing Raft, but need to take a bathroom or water break? Did you search for a quick way to pause the game, but struggling? Don’t worry you’ve come to the right place. Here is how you can pause the game in Raft the video game…
You can only pause Raft while playing single player, and you can pause by clicking the “Esc” button on your keyboard.
Troubleshooting: If you’ve tried to pause the game in single player, but it’s not pausing than you’ll need to make sure that when you load your single player you have not checked the “Allow Friends to Join” box. If that box is checked than you won’t be able to pause the game even if you’re the only one playing.
Can you pause the game during multiplayer? As of the current version of Raft, you cannot pause the game while playing multiplayer. If you’re playing with online friends you won’t be able to stop for a quick pause. Maybe they’ll add this feature in a future update.
In the meantime, you’ll just need to go AFK after taking a drink and eat. The positive side is that you’ll still be collecting look while you’re AFK as long as you don’t get eaten by a shark!
