The crossbow in Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds is amazing. Often overlooked as being a useless weapon it’s rarely used during gameplay, but it’s a powerhouse. The crossbow is silent and will one hit any enemy regardless of what level helmet they’re wearing. It’s interesting, because some people complain that it’s the worse weapon in the game.
It’s important that if you want to dominate with the crossbow that you understand the aim. I find that it’s easier to aim out adding any type of optics to it. Learn how far it goes before the bolt drops, and train yourself to aim for the head or right above it. The more you shoot the crossbow the quicker you’ll learn how it functions.
